  3. This message has nothing whatsoever to do with Amos or AmosPro.
  4.  
  5. It regards a Computer Mail-Order company called "Computer Express Supplies",
  6. who are based in St. Albans.
  7.  
  8. Whatever you do, do not order anything from them :- I ordered an A4000 before
  9. Christmas, and was assured of delivery before Christmas or in any case no later
  10. than the 4th of January this year. It is now the 20th of January, and I have
  11. yet to recieve my order (the cheque had been cleared since the 20th December).
  12. After numerous phone calls, most of which were treated with extreme rudeness
  13. and evasiveness on their part, they finally stated that my order would be
  14. delivered this week sometime. Another phone call later, they stated that they
  15. would not deliver for another 2 or 3 months! At this point, it was decided to
  16. cancel the order, and they should return all monies immediately; this they have
  17. so far refused to do. I will be taking legal action shortly.

  19. The point of this message is this, if you know anyone who was thinking of
  20. placing an order with this company, tell them not to do so; and more to the
  21. point, if you know of anyone else who is experiencing similar troubles with
  22. this company, please put them in contact with me,
  23.
